Und das, obwohl 56 Prozent der befragten Ärzte in der Online-Terminvergabe einen Service für Patienten sehen.
Vor allem zwei Gründe lassen Ärzte nicht selten zurückschrecken: Termine, die online vereinbart wurden, könnten mit konventionell ausgemachten Terminen kollidieren, meinen 33 Prozent der Befragten, oder es könnten sogar Termine doppelt vergeben werden könnten (22 Prozent).
